How long will it take for me to get my item?
What if I am not home when the parcel is delivered?
If you are not at home to sign for the parcel, the postal company will leave a postage note through your door with further instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local collection point or arrange re-delivery.
What do I do if my order has not yet arrived?
For UK customers, we advise it should only take 2/3 working days for item to arrive. We advise that you leave a further 3 working days just incase the post office is facing unforeseen delays in delivering your item. If it's been 6 days since you ordered your item(s) and it still has not been received, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate this further. We take full responsibility for all items not received.
Overseas customers, we aim to have all items shipped to customers within 7 working days. We advise that you leave a further 4 working days just incase the postal company is facing unforeseen delays in delivering your item. If its been 11 days since you ordered and your item(s) still has not been received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate this further. We will take full responsibility for all items not received.
Please make sure you include your full name and order number when you contact us about your order, as this will help us to speed up the investigation process.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer returns and exchanges on items returned within 14 days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders. Please read our full returns policy
I have returned my item, how long will take for me to receive my refund?
Once we have received your returned item, we will contact you via email to confirm this. You will be refunded to your original payment method which can take up to 5 working days.
Why have I not received an invoice with my order?
In order to be environmentally friendly you will find that our items do not come with invoices as 9 times out 10 these are simply thrown away.
I have placed an order and my address is incorrect what do I do?
If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify your address.
